Behavioral Scientist

Noopoor's journey is a blend of curiosity and expertise, shaped by her diverse experiences in electronics engineering, management, sustainability, and behavioral analytics. Currently, as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow, she is pursuing a dual PhD at LUT University in Finland and RMIT University in Australia. Her research explores human behavior in the context of social sustainability, particularly examining the pivotal role digital platforms play in shaping users' attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors towards sustainable practices. Through her work, Noopoor is helping to uncover how technology can be a powerful force for advancing the global sustainability agenda.

In addition to her research in management, Noopoor has co-authored three papers and holds a patent in the field of electronics engineering.
