Anne-Kathrine is a Behaviour Design Facilitator Founder of Specifii®. Together with cooperation partners she has developed a toolbox and Behavior Design Sprint and Workshops that include research from psychology, behavioural economics and rhetoric. The aim is to learn and build a behaviour strategy, user empathy and innovative ideas with a strong ethical focus. Anne-Kathrine is also passionate about user research and what's beneath the surface. Who are the users? What drives them? What are the key pains, behaviour and desires? What is not being said? What are the barriers for a specific action. Anne-Kathrine has facilitated several times both online and physical for companies across different fields such as pension, bank, and entertainment. She has a master's degree in Behaviour Design (elite study).
