Roosa is eager to support our food systems transition to more sustainable one by providing in depth understanding about consumers behavioral change towards more sustainable food choices. Currently she is a second year PhD student in marketing and consumer research, focusing on what kind of role social influences (e.g. stereotypes, norms) have in the process of adoption of sustainable food products. Roosa has M. Sc. in Food Sciences, where she majored in food economy and consumer studies. She is capable of providing insights with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
