Jacob Schjødt

Jacob focuses on ensuring the long-term value of charitable donors. He has collaborated with several of Denmark's largest charities, using predictive statistics to enhance donor lifetime value, retention, and uplift. Additionally, Jacob has experience in customer insights across the customer journey in Denmark's largest telecommunications company.
With a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Philosophy, specializing in consumer behavior and neuro-marketing, Jacob is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Copenhagen Business School. His research centers on the lifetime value and long-term behavior of charitable donors.
